Rehoboth Beach Sea Witch Festival 2024. Members of the cape henlopen high school band are dressed for the season. Many stores have also decorated for the occasion.

This festival will feature costume parade, dog parade, live entertainment, sea witch hunt, kid s games, trick or treating, hayrides, vendors, food, and much more. Dress up and enjoy the parades, live entertainment, contests and more in downtown rehoboth beach.
